Export your data

You own your data. Open Settings → Export in the app to download all of your sessions and transactions as a full-fidelity CSV file. The same file can be re-imported with zero data loss, and you can import from a spreadsheet or another tracker.

Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings inside the app. See the account deletion page for full details.

What is PokerBox?+

PokerBox is an all-in-one poker session and bankroll tracker. Log cash and tournament sessions, analyze your results with twelve reports, record hands by voice, manage staking and action packages, and solve spots with eight pro tools — on iOS and Android.

How does the voice hand recorder work?+

Tap the mic and describe the hand out loud. PokerBox shows a live on-device transcript, re-transcribes the audio in the cloud with a poker-tuned model, then structures the stakes, positions, cards and action into a clean hand history. The original audio never leaves your device.

Which platforms is it on?+

iOS and Android as native apps. Your data syncs in real time across your devices and works offline in between.

How much does it cost?+

PokerBox offers a 7-day free trial, then a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are localized to your region — see the current price in the app. You can cancel anytime from your store account.

Can I export my data?+

Yes. Export all of your sessions and transactions to full-fidelity CSV at any time, and import from a spreadsheet or another tracker. Your data is always yours.

Is my data private?+

Everything we collect is first-party and used only to run the app — we never sell your data or use it to track you. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings whenever you want.

Does PokerBox give gambling advice?+

No. PokerBox is a tracking and information tool for players who keep records of their own play. It does not provide gambling, financial, or legal advice.
